Our products are shipped worldwide.
Switzerland:
Consignments of small goods are sent as letter mail with Swiss Post.
Parcels within Switzerland up to 30kg are sent with DHL. You can find the corresponding tracking number in your customer account or receive it directly from DHL via email/SMS. For very large 3D printers/products, a freight forwarder may be used. They will contact you directly for delivery. EU:
For shipping within the EU, visit our country-specific shops www.puretrim-swiss.de or www.puretrim.at. Shipping for all member states of the European Union is carried out by Fabru Deutschland GmbH from the warehouse in Germany.
Rest of the world:
Worldwide shipping is usually done with FedEx. FedEx delivery time is approximately 2-6 working days depending on the region.
